Ingredients
- 1 9x9” red velvet cake
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 16 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 4 oz white chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Crumble your red velvet cake into a fine crumb.
- Add in 6 oz of cream cheese and 1/2 cup melted white chocolate, and mix well.
- Roll 1″ balls of the crumb mixture between the palms of your hands. Repeat with remaining mix and chill the truffles for 30 minutes.
- Using a fork, dip each truffle in 16 oz of melted dark chocolate and place on parchment paper. Drizzle the chocolate covered truffles with melted white chocolate and chill to set.
