  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.
  2. First, mix your dry ingredients. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. Mix until well-blended and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together butter (softened) and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and beat until well-blended. Add vanilla extract and beat to blend. Beat in the dry ingredients in 3 sections on a low speed. Add in the wine in 2 parts in between the dry ingredients. Beat until all ingredients are well-blended.
  4. Pour in bundt pan. Spread evenly and bake 40-45 minutes.
  5. Glaze

  6. Microwave chocolate chips for 30 seconds.
  7. Mix in butter and microwave another 30 seconds.
  8. Add Red Wine. Mix well.
  9. Add powdered sugar and mix until mixed in well and will pour smoothly.
  10. Pour over cooled cake.
