Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onions
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp seeded and chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse for 30 seconds, or until the salsa reaches your preferred consistency. Taste and season with more salt and pepper if desired. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
