  1. In a large bowl, mix the meat and egg together with a large spoon. Add steak sauce, seasoning and cheese. Gently mix until well combined.
  2. With clean hands, form mixture into 8 patties, about 60 mL ( 1/4 cup) each. Place patties on the hot grill. Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip to cook other side. Cook until meat reaches an internal temperature of 71 C (160 F). Remove patties from the grill.
  3. Place each patty on a bottom bun, add desired toppings and top with a bun top. Makes 8 sliders.
  4. Note: Instead of grilling, cook the patties on a griddle pan on the stovetop over medium-high heat.
