Ingredients
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- Enough evaporated milk to create spreading consistency
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup nuts
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
Instructions
- Mix with fingertips and press on bottom of pan (9x9)
- Beat 2 eggs
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Mix all together and spread on first mixture.
- Bake 30-35 minutes at 350*.
- Beat together ingredients.
- Spread on cake.
- Cover in lots of shredded coconut.
- When cool, spread on buttercream frosting.
- Top with lots of shredded coconut.
