Ingredients

• 1.5 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 stick butter
• Enough evaporated milk to create spreading consistency
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup nuts
• 3/4 cup shredded coconut
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1 stick butter
• 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

Line Pan

1. Mix with fingertips and press on bottom of pan (9x9)

Cake

2. Beat 2 eggs
3. Add the rest of the ingredients
4. Mix all together and spread on first mixture.
5. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350*.

Topping

6. Beat together ingredients.
7. Spread on cake.
8. Cover in lots of shredded coconut.
9. When cool, spread on buttercream frosting.
10. Top with lots of shredded coconut.
