  1. Preheat oven to 400* F. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake, loosely covered, for 45 minutes.
  2. Combine ketchup, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Reserve half of sauce.
  3. Preheat broiler. Place ribs bone sides up on broiler pan. Brush lightly with some sauce. Broil for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn ribs. Brush with reserved sauce. Broil for 5 minutes longer, basting frequently with remaining sauce.
