Ingredients
- 3 # beef ribs
- 1 c ketchup (low carb for Keto)
- 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400* F. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake, loosely covered, for 45 minutes.
- Combine ketchup, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Reserve half of sauce.
- Preheat broiler. Place ribs bone sides up on broiler pan. Brush lightly with some sauce. Broil for 10 minutes.
- Turn ribs. Brush with reserved sauce. Broil for 5 minutes longer, basting frequently with remaining sauce.
