Ingredients
- 1 c butter or shortening
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Cream together butter, cream cheese, sugar.
- Add orange rind, vanilla and egg yolk to bowl.
- Sift together flour, salt, & cinnamon in a separate bowl, then add to mix and incorporate fully.
- Use cookie press or piping bag to put cookies on directly on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350* for 10 to 12 minutes.
