Spaghettini with Garlic and White Wine

Ingredients
- 6 oz spaghettini
- 1/2 c dry white wine
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 c minced flat leaf parsley
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves or 1 tsp. dried leaves, crumbled
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Cook the spaghettini according to the package directions. Drain and put in a serving bowl.
- Meanwhile, combine the wine, oil, parsley, thyme, garlic and crushed red pepper in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until the garlic becomes fragrant. Pour the sauce over the spaghettini and toss to combine.
