- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Mix the sauce ingredients
- Slice the chicken breasts in half
- On a cutting board, cover the chicken breasts with plastic wrap
- Use a mallet to make the chicken uniform
- Mix the dry rub ingredients
- Coat the chicken in the dry rub
- Mix the breading ingredients
- Crack the eggs into a separate bowl
- Put the Panko bread crumbs on a plate
- Coat the chicken in the eggs
- Coat the chicken in the breading
- Coat the chicken in the eggs again
- Coat the chicken in the bread crumbs
- In a large dutch oven pan, heat the oil to 180C / 356F
- Fry for 10-15 minutes, depending on size
- Flip chicken throughout cooking process
- Let cool for 2 minutes
- Heat up the buns
- Add the sauce
- Add the chicken
- Serve!
