  1. Cook your broccoli in an oven safe dish in the microwave (on high) for 5 minutes. Alternatively you could steam it until bright green and still slightly firm.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the mayo, sriracha, soy sauce and lime juice - stir well. Toss the broccoli in the sauce to coat.
  3. Put under the broiler for 3-4 minutes until starting to brown and the sauce turns translucent. Remove, stir, and broil for another 2 minutes or so until lightly browned.
