  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the oil, in a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours to allow the flavors to come together.
  2. Use your hands to form the chicken mixture into 12 meatballs, each about 2 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, turn on the oven to broil-high.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a sheet pan and broil in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes, until slightly charred on the outside.
