  1. In large bowl, toss chicken with teriyaki marinade. Cover; let marinate 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving used marinade.
  2. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook peppers in oil 2 minutes or until peppers are tender, stirring often.
  3. Add mushrooms, snow peas, scallions, ginger and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Remove vegetables from skillet.
  4. In same skillet over medium heat, cook chicken 5 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. Add vegetable mixture, chicken broth and reserved teriyaki marinade. Bring mixture to a boil. Cook 1 minute. Serve chicken stir-fry over hot cooked rice.
