  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Slice chicken into thin strips. Mince garlic and slice chilies.
  3. Heat oil in a wok over high heat until smoking.
  4. Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Add chicken, cook until no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Toss to coat.
  7. Remove from heat. Fold in Thai basil leaves until just wilted.
  8. Serve over jasmine rice.
