Thai Basil Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 1 cup Thai basil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 whole Thai chili
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cups Jasmine rice
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Slice chicken into thin strips. Mince garlic and slice chilies.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat until smoking.
- Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken, cook until no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Toss to coat.
- Remove from heat. Fold in Thai basil leaves until just wilted.
- Serve over jasmine rice.
