Ingredients
- 2 c cauliflower florets
- 2 c broccoli florets
- 2 c swiss chard, sliced
- 2 c cabbage, sliced
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp garlic
- 2 small zucchini, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- Chives - cut in at end of cooking
- 2 tsp lemon juice - add at end of cooking
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 c vegetable stock
Instructions
- Put everything in a pot and cook for a couple of hours.
